Sofia Huaracha is a Shift Manager at Dave’s Hot Chicken, known for her efficiency, leadership, and ability to keep operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.

A third-year Sociology student at Oregon State University, Sofia plans to earn her teaching license to pursue her passion for education. She stays connected to the food industry, combining her love of culture, community, and connection through food service.
